Our roots begin in the late 50’s when John V. Ninos organized, by setting up wooden looms, the then housekeeping school of the village.
In 1980 his son Vasilios I. Ninos founded the Carpet Industry of Epirus. The legacy of Ioannis Ninos combined with the engineering knowledge of Vasilios Ninos led to the creation of unique, original carpet products.
In 1982 our products were awarded the gold medal at the International Handicraft Exhibition in Munich.
Today the carpet industry of Epirus is part of the Greek artistic craftsmanship, setting a remarkable production capacity capable of effectively coping with any challenge. Our family art, the strict criteria in the selection of raw materials, the integration of new technologies in production and the love for our work, are the reasons why our works adorn: event halls, churches, ecclesiastical monuments, boutique hotels, guesthouses and houses all over Greece. Our products are manufactured entirely in our manufacturing facilities, in order to meet both the aesthetic and practical needs of floor decoration.
Our goal is for our projects to become the Greek proposal in the global market.
